The PAPARAZZI Reform Initiative asks that all media agree to the "Human Privacy and Respect in the Media - A mutually Agreed Upon Code of Conduct" which would allow everyone the right to privacy when engaged in strictly family activities.
December 30, 2008 - Video of paparazzi breaking the mirror of Jessica Alba's car which is not unusual because they are usually backing up and not watching where they are going. Also, it is very difficult to get any recompense for this type of damage because unless Ms. Alba's companion wants to stand around and argue with the man who broke the mirror, no one is going to offer any money or personal information. Also notice that the man who broke the mirror is video taping Ms. Alba's companion while he is trying to get him to take responsibility for what he did. Thanks to the mirror problem, the paparazzi were able to sell their videos of this incident for more money.

October 31, 2008 - Kate Hudson swarmed by paparazzi at LAX. One female paparazzo screams at the other paparazzi that are pushing and bumping her. [warning: explicit language]
October 30, 2008 - Supermodel Kate Moss is completely surrounded and blocked by paparazzi as she is trying to exit Los Angeles International Airport. As she gets to the safety of her vehicle, she is clearly distraught from the experience. It makes no sense that the airport police don't make it safe for all guests of the airport to walk freely to and from their vehicles.

July 19, 2008 - Video of Tobey Maguire in his car being blinded by paparazzi. It is impossible to drive a car at night with flashbulbs going off in your face as they momentarily blind you. In this case, the paparazzi continue taking photos, blocking his car and blinding Mr. Maguire as he tries to pull out onto a busy street until, like anyone would, he expresses his frustration - which makes the paparazzi videos much more valuable. Anything to get a reaction from the celebrity to give their photos or footage more value. It is all about money no matter how nice and "helpful" the paparazzi sound. Warning - explicit language.
July 1, 2008 - Jennifer Aniston arriving at LAX needing multiple body guards and police to help her get to her vehicle through the throng of paparazzi. Everyone should have the right to exit a flight and walk freely through an airport to their car.

May 30, 2008 - ABC interview with Selma Hayek and Sarah Jessica Parker discussing their trouble with the paparazzi.
April 4, 2008 - Video of Kate Moss and Britney Spears having paparazzi problems. Notice that Ms. Moss is with a child and the paparazzi swarm them anyway, causing her to get upset which greatly increases the value of each paparazzo's video.
April 3, 2008 - Kate Moss caught in a scrum of photographers while shopping in LA.
February 26, 2008 - Britney Spears leaving the back of a store with police escort and is still mobbed by paparazzi.
January 29, 2008 - Video of Eva Longoria being mobbed by paparazzi. At the end of the video you see her get in her car and go out of view until the paparazzo places his camera right up against the glass and her image becomes visible again. Paparazzi know that even with heavily tinted windows, they are able to see in the car and get photos using this method. The solution: curtains inside the vehicle to cover the windows but illegal to do on the front passenger and driver side windows.

January 9th, 2007 - Video of Halle Barry surrounded by paparazzi. Ms. Barry and her friend handle the paparazzi perfectly - they walk quickly and don't stop which prevents the photographers from grouping together and restricting their movement forward. It is illegal to restrict anyone from moving along a public sidewalk or right-of-way.
